A new, used example of the iconic Eames DSS stacking base introduced by Herman Miller for the fiberglass side shell series in the narrow mount configuration. This newer, chrome plated zinc, example with white feet is a great version of this iconic base and will work perfectly on any Herman Miller side shell top.

The stacking base was a common base used by the likes of schools, churches, stadiums, anywhere that required a large number of chairs that could all be stacked away after use to re-open the space.

This particular version is finished to fit the standard ‘narrow mount’ configured Eames side shells which means it can easily replace original ‘H’ bases or previous narrow mount stacking bases.

Please note, this base has the white nylon glides instead of the black ones as pictured.
